SEGMENTS_FORMATis 7 (existing workspaces migrate by text), web export paths are archive-root-relative, and exported EPUBs keep the source file's mode. Four findings remain PARTIAL — three narrow Markdown heuristics and one refusal-filter edge; none is a gate failure. Gate: 1,151 tests passed, 10 skipped; ruff clean including the advisory ruleset.
