XDict 0.3.2 improves the macOS reading interface and the controls around it.

- 改进历史记录和复习中的操作，包括清空已有笔记，以及通过“撤销”恢复笔记。
- 新增可选的舒适阅读宽度，并优化浅色和深色模式的显示效果，以及供辅助功能使用的文字说明。 Versions: macOS 0.3.2 (build 2), core 0.3.1, Windows 0.1.0 (unchanged). Requires Apple silicon and macOS 27 or later. Bring your own MDict dictionaries. Install or upgrade:

Validation: core checks passed; macOS suites, tool checks, lint and warning checks completed. Six Meaning tests hit an existing 3-second test-harness deadline; the helper was corrected and those six passed on a focused rebuild. The full macOS suite was not repeated. The UI was reviewed in 25 native states. The owner approved launch-only E2E for this patch and waived the other 30 stages.
